Solo is scoped to visits, customers, scheduling, quotes, and invoicing. The platform core is designed to grow into other trades over time (partners); Team and Business tiers will only list features once operator partners validate them — we do not pad comparison tables with vapourware.

Yes. Mobile is core to the product. On Solo, you get schedule, visits, customers, and invoices on the bottom nav; quotes, templates, products, and settings under More. Near-full parity with web for the owner-operator. Team-tier worker accounts and a simpler technician app come later.

Yes — that is the plan. Pest control sites often have poor or no signal: basements, cold stores, and rural properties. The mobile app is being built to capture visit work on site offline — findings, photos, product log, and customer sign-off — then sync when you reconnect. Web needs a connection; offline is a mobile field feature.

Yes. PDF export and accounting CSV for Xero and QuickBooks Online are in scope for Solo. Direct accounting integrations may come in a later tier once we've validated demand with operators.
