Welcome to Easy Days Work (“we,” “our,” or “us”). MAB Logic is a trading name of Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd (company number 16947505), registered in England and Wales. Easy Days Work is a product of MAB Logic. By accessing or using https://easydays.work (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
About the product
Easy Days Work is focused field software for trade operators — scheduling visits, recording work on site, quoting, and invoicing. The Solo tier is coming soon. The Website currently provides product information and a waitlist, not live signup, subscriptions, or the application itself unless we explicitly say otherwise.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Website
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure
Waitlist and contact
Submitting the waitlist or contact form does not guarantee access, pricing, features, or launch date. We may change Solo scope, pricing, and availability before paid signup opens.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.
Subscriptions and accounts (future)
When paid signup and the application launch, additional subscription terms will apply to use of the software. Our Privacy Policy will be updated to cover in-app data processing where needed. Until then, these Terms govern use of the marketing Website only.
Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions reflect planned Solo functionality and may change before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability relating to the Website is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for Website-related services in the past twelve months, whichever is greater (typically zero while the waitlist is free).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at our discretion.
Third-party links
Third-party websites linked from the Website are not under our control. Use them at your own risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
