Is Easy Days Work available now?

Yes. Pro, Team, and Enterprise are available for pest control operators.

Will I pay for features I never use?

No. Easy Days Work is pest control only today. There are no CRM pipelines, project Gantt charts, or horizontal ERP modules bolted on.

Pro covers visits, customers, scheduling, sales, quotes, and invoicing. See Features.

Team and Enterprise add crew ops and monitoring when you need them — not filler rows on a comparison table.

Is Easy Days Work a generic field-service tool?

No. It is pest control field software, built with pest control operators:

scheduling visits
managing customer sites
structured on-site reporting
extras, quotes, and invoicing

We are not taking partnership or other-trade enquiries until pest control is nailed. See pest control.

What does Pro include?

Up to two seats on one Pro account. A two-person band does not need Team.

Core covers:

one-off residential visits
day / week / month scheduling on web and mobile
sales for extras and walk-up work
quotes with shareable customer links
follow-up series and ongoing contracts

invoices with bank transfer or card pay

Pest control adds findings, visit-level product logging, and inspection report PDFs.

What does Team include?

Everything in Pro, then crew ops for unlimited people:

multi-tech scheduling and dispatch
qualifications
timesheets and clock-in
Owner / Supervisor / Technician roles
a customer portal for reports, upcoming visits, and work requests

Paying an invoice in the portal is not included yet — card pay stays on the operator invoice link.

What does Enterprise include?

Everything in Team, then unlimited users, plus:

service plans
monitoring stations and QR rounds
pest activity over time
recommendations the client can close
a multi-site portal home and document library
COSHH-style chemical export
direct Xero & QuickBooks sync included

What is a Sale?

Extra or walk-up commercial work: an on-site upsell, a customer who stops you in the yard, or work that does not need a CRM record yet.

Customer and visit are optional.
The sale stays the hub. You can generate a quote, an invoice, and/or a fulfilment visit from it.
It is not a CRM pipeline, not a quote, and not a finding.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Mobile is core to the product.

Near-full parity with web for Pro (up to two people). Team adds multi-technician accounts and dispatch for growing crews.

Will the mobile app work offline?

Yes, for field work on mobile. Pest control sites often have poor or no signal.

You can complete visits offline, then sync when you reconnect:

Web needs a connection. Offline is a mobile field feature.

Can I export invoices to my accountant?

Yes. PDF export and accounting CSV for Xero and QuickBooks Online are included on all tiers.

Do two-person businesses need a Team plan?

No. Pro includes up to two seats: the account owner plus an optional additional user on one shared calendar at £28 / month.

Team bills £32 per person / month with no minimum. Two-person bands stay on Pro.

What plans are available?

Four tiers on the pricing page:

Pro — £28 / month (£280 / year) for independent professionals and small teams (up to two seats). Talk to us.
Team — £32 per person / month (no minimum). Talk to us.
Enterprise — £45 per person / month for established businesses (unlimited users). Action Forms, ServicePlans, CRM hierarchy, custom roles, multi-location, and included customer payments and reminders. Talk to us.
Custom — contact us for larger organisations; talk to us.

Direct Xero and QuickBooks Online sync is included on every paid plan (Connect Xero · Connect QuickBooks). Customer reminders (email and SMS) are included. SMS segments per period: Pro 100 / Team 200 / Enterprise 500, then 5p per segment overage. Charlie HR is £5 + £1 per user / month on every tier (Charlie HR). Field pass is £1 per visit on Pro/Team (included on Enterprise).

When can I start using Easy Days Work?

Now. Contact us to get set up, or log in at app.easydays.work if you already have an account.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Contact us and we will move you between Pro, Team, Enterprise, or Custom.

What payment methods will you accept?

Subscriptions go through Stripe in the product app.

Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout, never on this marketing site.

How do I get access?

Existing operators log in at app.easydays.work.

Can I invite technicians?

On Pro you invite one additional user: two people total, on one shared calendar. Choose Owner (co-owner) or Technician (field colleague). Settings and billing stay with the account owner. You do not pay extra for the second seat.

Team is unlimited people, with a Supervisor role, people groups, multi-tech dispatch, qualifications, and timesheets.

Will you help with onboarding?

Yes. Use contact if you want a walkthrough of your first customers, visits, sales, and invoices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and authenticated access. Customer and treatment data is scoped to your organisation.

Is Easy Days Work GDPR compliant?

We follow UK GDPR. You can ask us to access or delete personal data we hold: privacy@easydays.work.

Self-serve export in the product is still being built.

Can I export my data?

Invoice PDF and accounting CSV export are available today.

A full self-serve export of customer records and visit history is still being built. Contact us if you need a full export in the meantime.
