Is Easy Days Work available now?

Not for self-serve signup yet. Pro is £24 / month.

Will I pay for features I never use?

No. Easy Days Work is pest control only today. There are no CRM pipelines, project Gantt charts, or horizontal ERP modules bolted on.

Pro covers visits, customers, scheduling, sales, quotes, and invoicing. See the core feature set.

Team, Enterprise, and Custom only list features once operator partners validate them. We do not pad comparison tables with vapourware.

Is Easy Days Work a generic field-service tool?

No. It is pest control field software, built with pest control operators:

scheduling visits
managing customer sites
structured on-site reporting
extras, quotes, and invoicing

We are not taking partnership or other-trade enquiries until pest control is nailed. See pest control.

What does Pro include?

Up to two seats on one Pro account. A two-person band does not need Team.

Core covers:

one-off residential visits
day / week / month scheduling on web and mobile
sales for extras and walk-up work
quotes with shareable customer links
follow-up series and ongoing contracts

PDF, Xero, and QuickBooks CSV invoice export (included on all tiers)

Direct Xero and QuickBooks Online integration is a ~£5/month add-on on Pro and Team. It is included on Enterprise and Custom.

Pest control adds findings, visit-level product logging, and inspection report PDFs.

What is a Sale?

Extra or walk-up commercial work: an on-site upsell, a customer who stops you in the yard, or work that does not need a CRM record yet.

Customer and visit are optional.
The sale stays the hub. You can generate a quote, an invoice, and/or a fulfilment visit from it.
It is not a CRM pipeline, not a quote, and not a finding.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Mobile is core to the product.

Near-full parity with web for Pro (up to two people). Multi-technician accounts and a simpler technician app come later on Team.

Will the mobile app work offline?

Yes, for field work on mobile. Pest control sites often have poor or no signal.

You can complete visits offline, then sync when you reconnect:

Web needs a connection. Offline is a mobile field feature.

Can I export invoices to my accountant?

Yes. PDF export and accounting CSV for Xero and QuickBooks Online are included on all tiers.

Direct integration (push invoices into Xero or QuickBooks Online without CSV import) is a paid add-on (~£5/month) on Pro and Team, and included on Enterprise and Custom.

Do two-person businesses need a Team plan?

No. Pro includes up to two seats: the account owner plus an optional additional user on one shared calendar.

Team starts at 3+ seats. Two-person bands stay on Pro at £24 / month.

What plans are available?

Four tiers on the pricing page:

Pro — £24 / month (£240 / year) for independent professionals and small teams (up to two seats). Self-serve signup is not open yet. Join the waitlist.
Team — £79 / month (£790 / year) for growing teams (up to 10 users; coming soon). Join the waitlist.
Enterprise — contact us for established businesses (unlimited users). Talk to us.
Custom — contact us for larger organisations; talk to us.

Direct Xero / QuickBooks sync is ~£5/month on Pro and Team, and included on Enterprise and Custom.

When can I start using Easy Days Work?

When we open self-serve, or sooner if you are an invited partner.

Join the waitlist. Existing partners log in at app.easydays.work.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, from Settings → Billing in the product app (Stripe Customer Portal) when self-serve is live.

Team, Enterprise, and Custom upgrades follow when those tiers launch. Contact us in the meantime.

What payment methods will you accept?

Subscriptions go through Stripe in the product app when signup opens.

Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout, never on this marketing site. You cannot buy from this site today.

How do I get access?

Join the Pro waitlist. Self-serve account creation is not open yet.

For Team, Enterprise, or Custom, use the contact page. Invited early-access operators receive a private signup link.

Can I invite technicians?

On Pro you invite one additional user: two people total, on one shared calendar. Settings and billing stay with the account owner. You do not pay extra for the second seat.

Multi-technician accounts, Supervisor/Technician roles, and dispatch are planned for Team.

Will you help with onboarding?

Yes. Use contact if you want a walkthrough of your first customers, visits, sales, and invoices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and authenticated access. Customer and treatment data is scoped to your organisation.

Is Easy Days Work GDPR compliant?

We follow UK GDPR. You can ask us to access or delete personal data we hold: privacy@easydays.work.

Self-serve export in the product is still being built.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Customer records, visit history, and invoices will be exportable.
