Easy Days Work connects to Charlie HR so holiday and sickness stay in Charlie and the field diary stays in Easy Days Work. You enable the add-on, paste API keys from Charlie, map people once, and we poll approved leave onto the schedule.

Who it is for

Operators on any tier (Pro, Team, Enterprise, or Custom) who already run Charlie for people and leave. Sold as a paid add-on at £5/mo. It is not included free on Enterprise.

Disconnect anytime	Stop sync from Settings; Members are not deleted

Charlie remains the system of record for leave requests and approvals. Easy Days Work owns roles, Assignable, seats, and the diary.

Getting started

1. In Easy Days Work: enable the Charlie HR add-on under Settings → Billing.
2. In Charlie (Super Admin): Company → Integrations → API Access — generate Client ID and Client Secret (the secret is shown once).
3. In Easy Days Work: open Settings → Integrations, open the Charlie HR card, paste the keys, and complete the connect wizard.
