Products and chemicals
Maintain your product catalogue and record chemicals used during a visit.
Build the catalogue
Open Products and add the chemicals or materials you regularly use. Product records can include:
- trade name and brand
- active ingredient
- MAPP number and formulation
- default quantity
- supplier or SKU
- safety data sheet link and label images
Keep product information aligned with the current manufacturer label and your own compliance process.
Add products to a visit
During an in-progress visit, after you have started reporting and added findings, open Products / chemicals used and choose an item from the catalogue.
Record the visit-specific details:
- batch number
- quantity used
- application method
Products are recorded at visit level, not against an individual finding.
Review before completion
Check each product row before completing the visit. The product log is included in the pest-control inspection report and provides important information if the customer needs safety or medical guidance.
