Customers and sites
Keep customer contacts, service addresses and visit history organised.
Add a customer
Open Customers → New customer and choose Commercial or Residential. Add the customer name, primary contact and address.
A Main site is created automatically. The site is the physical location used when booking a visit.
Add another site
Use additional sites when one customer is responsible for several properties, for example, an estate agent managing multiple buildings.
Open the customer, add the site address and select the correct site whenever you create a visit.
Use a one-off residential visit
You do not need to fill your customer list with every call-out.
When creating a visit, choose the one-off residential option and enter the name, address, phone number or email directly. No customer record is created.
If that person becomes a repeat customer, open the visit and choose Save as customer.
Contact the customer
Customer and visit details show a contact summary. Use the phone and email actions where available, or copy the contact block.
Review visit and sales history
Open a customer to see visits linked to their sites, and sales added against that customer. Choose New sale to capture extra work for them; the visit is still optional.
Existing visits remain if you later delete the customer. Linked sales stay on file with the customer unset.
One-off sales (no CRM customer) do not appear here until you promote them with Save as customer.
