Easy Days Work works with Xero in two ways: free CSV export on every tier, and direct sync included on every paid tier.

Included on every tier — CSV export

• Export a single invoice or use Bulk export from the invoices list
• UK-ready columns for Xero import (contacts, dates, line items, tax types)
• No add-on required — set Settings → Accounting to Xero CSV, then export

Connect	OAuth under Settings → Accounting — link your Xero organisation
Push invoices	Sync from invoice detail, or several at once from Bulk export
Contacts	Creates or matches the customer contact in Xero on first push
VAT	Uses your Easy Days Work VAT setting (OUTPUT2 / EXEMPTOUTPUT)
Sales account	Pick a revenue account (defaults to 200)
Payment status	Ledger status from Xero on the invoice list and detail (paid, awaiting payment, and related states)
Stay in sync	Mark paid in Xero and Easy Days Work updates without re-exporting CSV
Disconnect anytime	Remove the connection from Settings without deleting Xero invoices

Sync is operator-triggered — you choose when an invoice goes to Xero. We do not auto-push on every edit.
